Whether you're the type to Hand press your patties, or you use frozen patties due to time constraints, cooking your burgers The Oh-Tex Way will change the way you eat burgers forever.
Hamburger patties - 4 - 1/3 lb patties
Your favorite seasonings or rub
Oh-Tex Original - 3 TBS
Your favorite cheese - 4 slices
Buns
Brush both sides of your burgers with Oh-Tex Original to create a continuous coat around the patty.
Liberally season the patties on both sides with your favorite seasoning(s)/rub.
This is the best part. Whether you prefer to pan fry, bake, grill or smoke your burgers, you can make them The Oh-Tex Way. So, cook your burgers to your desired temperature then remove from heat.
Allow your cheese to melt onto the burger (if you want), or just place your burger on your bun, and apply your preferred toppings. Don't forget to drizzle some more Oh-Tex on top!
